Sole is the salt- saturated solution that is the cornerstone of her program. When we introduced Dr. Hendel's Himalayan Crystal Salt earlier this year, we settled on the more versatile coarse grind in order to offer one product that would suit all users (sole can be made with the coarse grind as well, although the stones are recommended and more cost-effective).
